Returns Policy

Most new and unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund. If the return is due to our mistake, such as if you received an incorrect or defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Typically, you can expect your refund within four weeks from the time you send your item back to the shipper. This period includes the time it takes for us to receive the return (5 to 10 business days), process it (3 to 5 business days), and for your bank to handle the refund request (5 to 10 business days). Often, refunds may be issued quicker than this schedule.

To initiate a return, simply log into your account, navigate to the 'Complete Orders' section under the My Account menu, and select the Return Item(s) button. We will inform you by email when we have processed your returned item and issued a refund.

Shipping

We have the capability to ship our products almost anywhere in the world. However, please be aware that certain products have shipping restrictions and cannot be sent to some international locations.

Upon placing your order, we will calculate your shipping and delivery dates based on your items' availability and the shipping choices you make. These estimates are available on the shipping quotes page, which may vary depending on the shipping provider selected.

It's important to note that shipping costs for many of our items are based on weight. The weight is detailed on each product’s page, and for shipping calculations, weights are rounded up to the nearest full pound, as per our shipping carriers' policies.
